DMV- Changing it Registration policy

DMV stand for Driving Licence Vehicle. DMV Authority has now changed its registration policy. According to the new Policy one has to compulsorily present at the DMV office at the time of registration for the first time. After affecting this policy no one can register his motor vehicle in someone else's name. But this change is not applicable for registrations by licensed car dealers.
The main objective behind this policy is to prevent fraud for vehicle owners. In case of any fraud the information mentioned in the records will be consider the final one.
A person can register a vehicle in the name of the provided he presents a photo copy of the later driving license to show up his name and details. His name and license number of the person appearing at the office will be written on the form. But condition is that the form has to be signed by the e person in whose name the registration was made.
DMV ensures that public do not break rules and everything runs safe on the road. This is a very good authority which is working honestly there.
